GRADE PCD - Composition Performance Application
ChipBreaker Insert Grades
PDC A fine grain PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) for tight tolerances and good finish where a sharp edge is required. Fine finishing and general purpose turning in low abrasive or low silicon content of non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials.
PDC-S A course grain PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) for close tolerances where toughness and flank wear is required. Finishing and general purpose turning or milling of medium to high content of abrasion or silicon reinforced materials.
